It Is on the second floor, under the roof beams, of a small building situated right behind the main street “ Strada nuova” . Bright, confortable, cosy and quiet. Has windows on 2 sides and overlooks roofs, a canal and an open area. At 1 min walk there are 2 supermarkets, many food shops, restaurants, pizzerie, wine bars…you could not expect more. Two waterbus stops are at 2/5 min walk.

The view is one of the most beautiful in Venice, from the windows you can admire the Accademia bridge and the galleries, and the splendid Palaces of this part of the Grand Canal.

Beautiful apartment with breathtaking views over the roofs of Venice, St Mark's Bell Tower and Rio dei Gesuiti canal. The apartment is composed of a living room with kitchen, a large bedroom with a king-size bed and a chill-out corner overlooking overlooking St. Mark’s Bell Tower and a bathroom with spacious shower and washing machine.

IMPORTANT: The cleaning routine is very thorough and involves sanitizing all surfaces and objects that are normally touched by guests. The apartment is located in a typical and lively area, full of restaurants, bars, shops, still authentic and frequented by Venetians. It's close to both the station and the center. Renovated in 2015, welcoming and comfortable.
