The flat is 49 sq.m. with WiFi. The large bedroom has a 160cm bed, a fold-out bed, a desk, and a comfortable leather chair. In the living room, there is a fold-out sofa, a table for four and a 49" flat-screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The fully equipped kitchen has cookware and everything else you need for a homey stay. There is also a small TV with Netflix in the bedroom. Tram 42 stops 100m away and takes 10 min to the centre. There are two supermarkets and some nice cafes in the area.

Cosy & Convenient Viennese Charm

Our place is located in the 2nd district of Vienna, in between 2 famous parks and is well connected to anywhere in the city. The building is quite old, offering tall ceilings and an overall charming 'alt bau' style. Our guests are welcome to enjoy our 2nd floor home that we put together very lovingly, keeping the vienese essence alive. We are sure you will enjoy the jacussi in the large bathroom and perhaps some entertainment on the projector afterwards! It is a restful space to come back to.

Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern und einem großen Wohnzimmer, das zusätzlich Platz zum Schlafen für 2 Personen bietet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und doch nur 5 min von der starken frequentierten Fußgängerzone Favoritenstrasse und der Ubahn entfernt. Noch näher sind die Straßenbahnen D, 11 und 6 sowie die Buslinie 14a. Weitere Buslinien finden sich ab Reumnannplatz. Der Hauptbahnhof ist ca. 15min zu Fuß oder in 5 min. per D erreichbar.
