Very good stay at Fériel's place, it has everything you need to have a good vacation. The garden is peaceful and shaded with shaded corners. The bedding is excellent, we slept very well. The host is very welcoming and cheerful. There were 7 of us and everyone had their own space. We recommend this listing!

Holiday home with all the comforts you need, oven, cooking, barbecue, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Spacious 3 bedroom home located in a quiet area and close to the ocean (10/15 min walk). Small, intimate exterior at the back of the house and not overlooked. The house is old but it's also what makes it charming too. We enjoyed our stay at Nathalie's place. Very good communication, warm welcome. I would recommend this host and his lovely place to visit the Loire Atlantique coast. Ideally located with a tourist view. Thanks!

Yohann's family home offers a perfect base. The tram literally passes in front of the house and planes above but the neighborhood is very quiet while being 15 min from the center of Nantes. The house is very well renovated and the spaces are functional and well equipped. It's very nice to have enough room to store your personal belongings. The small garden and chickens offer a very nice outdoor space. I would recommend Yohann's place without reservations.

Patrick was a responsive host, the appartment is in a great position 1km into town and 1km beach with bar and resturants within 5 min walk. Appartment was warm in winter / spring, very comfy bed with linen provided. Secure parking Very clean and comfortable would definately return.

very good value for money. The house is a little old-fashioned but cozy and very clean. Walking distance to the beach. Concierges are very efficient, responsive, and flexible. We plan to keep this address for a future stay with our grandchildren.

Large garden ideal for children. Large living spaces and plenty of sleeping accommodations. Cecile's house is located in the village of Saint-Michel. Everything is possible on foot.

I rate this place 5/5 with pleasure because it is perfect in every way. The location is ideal: very close to the center, yet very quiet. You can't hear the noise of the city at all. The neighborhood is family-friendly, with a very “village” atmosphere, it feels good. Nearby there is a bakery, a grocery store open almost all the time and restaurants. The accommodation is perfectly clean, not overlooked. You can't hear the neighbors at all. It is very well equipped. We are welcomed as friends (soap, a basic grocery store...). The bedding is comfortable. The terrace is very nice, and the parking space is really convenient. Thanks to our host Eric for his kindness. Really, it's a flawless one!

We had a pleasant time in this accommodation for two people, I recommend for people who love tranquility and cleanliness and with hosts who know how to be discreet even if the accommodation is in their courtyard but they remain available and attentive. I don't hesitate to recommend it.

Very nice place, decorated with taste. Conveniently located, close to the train station, thalassotherapy center and beautiful walks within walking distance. Warm welcome from Valerie. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and the pretty terrace allows you to enjoy the sun and the birdsong.

Marie is a great host, understanding, caring, very responsive. We arrived late at our accommodation. At 10 p.m., Marie was able to make herself helpful and available to help us get into the accommodation. Concerned about our well-being, she provided the necessary equipment to make us comfortable with our 2-month-old baby and 3-year-old daughter. Everything is thought out in the accommodation, we didn't miss anything. It was really nice, clean, quiet, 5 min walk to the sea, 2 km from the village where the atmosphere is very nice at the end of the day, where the markets are rich and friendly. Annick's place is in a great location with a beautiful ocean view! Very well equipped, we enjoyed having bicycles available to walk around. Everything was perfect!
