This apartment is part of a semi-detached house with its own entrance and a small garden. It is located 3.5 km from Innsbruck. Consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa that can be used as an additional single bed, a large living room with an open kitchen, with an oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, a large table and a very comfortable sofa bed for two people. Bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Covered parking space. Wifi connection. Völs has a good bus connection and in about 15 minutes you can get to Innsbruck. The house is located on a private street, very quiet. The place is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, very close to the best ski facilities (15 min by car), as well as for cross-country skiing. A few minutes' walk you can take beautiful walks along the Inn river. Also ideal for visiting the city of Innsbruck, its museums (interesting ethnic museum, the Ferdinandeum Museum, the Bergisel museum), concerts and theaters. In Völs there are also a couple of restaurants and a large shopping center. A few minutes' walk to a supermarket, restaurant and pastry shop. The airport as well as the central station can be reached in 15 min by car. IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR TOURISTS: The accommodation tax of €3 per night per adult (16 years +) for adult tourists.
