The flat, with a separate entrance, is on the first floor and has been newly and modernly furnished. All with a lot of love for detail. There is a parking space right in front of the house.

The BRB (regional train) is a 5-minute walk away and offers ideal connections to Munich, Bad Tölz, Miesbach and the Tegernsee/Schliersee Alpine region. In addition, our new, well-developed cycle paths lead in all directions and to the mountains – perfect for active exploration.
