The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 min) and directly in the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

Quietly located, bright apartment near the Rhine with park view and small sun terrace. Opposite the Siebengebirge, near Drachenburg Castle (known as the filming location of Babylon Berlin) and Drachenfels, high recreational value. Conveniently located: Mehlem-Lannesdorf regional station approx. 10 min walk, bus stop to Godesberg or Bonn centre approx. 250 m. The price includes the accommodation tax of 7% (always more expensive...) required by the city of Bonn = tourist tax.

The highlight is the private sauna for exclusive use. A fully equipped kitchen as well as washing and drying facilities make even longer stays comfortable and uncomplicated.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital and is the ideal retreat for those accompanying or visiting relatives. Of course, other guests are also very welcome! The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

Our small apartment is located in our newly built house in a fantastic location in Bonn Oberkassel - right by the forest and approx. 10 minutes' walk to the Rhine. Everything is new and modern but with a high degree of coziness. The room has all the things you need as a traveler. Our small kitchen is designed for a quick meal in the evening without a stove. We offer you a daily dishwashing service. The lounge in front of your entrance makes your stay perfect.

Ruppichteroth lies in the wooded hills of the Bergisches Land, near Siegburg / Bonn / Cologne. The idyllic landscape offers an incentive to linger relaxing and a variety of opportunities for sports activities (hiking, cycling, horseback riding, kite flying, canoeing/kayaking on Bröl and Sieg in every season).

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.
