Welcome to Friese Wergea, located within cycling distance of Leeuwarden, the Alde Feanen National Park and the water sports village of Grou. Welcome also to our old farmhouse, where part of the former stable has been transformed into a charming B&B. It is uniquely furnished, with plenty of art on the walls and a well-stocked bookcase. The b and b is located separately and closed off from the main house. Private entrance, private bedroom and private bathroom. There is one B&B room. Breakfast included.

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Park the cars in front of the house (private). The sea is a 15 second walk (4 seconds running). Slightly more when the tide is low. Don’t worry about anything. We got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, two huge beds, a private green garden, warm outdoor shower, fresh breakfast, cappuccino’s, speedy landline wifi, star roofed bathroom, hanging chair and ‘bolderkar’ for the kids. Good news for all animal lovers: well-behaved dogs are allowed during the winter months (nov - feb).

holiday home 'The Robin'

A nice, cozy little house on the edge of the old center. Fully furnished, comfortable and fully equipped. Can be booked for a short or longer stay. On the first day, a partly organic, self-service breakfast will be ready for you. Supermarket nearby is at Meeuwerderweg 96-98 (open until 10 p.m./Sunday 8 p.m.) The B&B does not have its own parking space. Not far and the cheapest option is the Oosterpoort parking garage - street name is Trompsingel 23.

Chalet "Pear Blossom"

This rustic cottage in the large cottage garden of the "Willrathshof" can accommodate two to three people. The fantastic view from the terrace of the horse pastures lets you relax immediately! You also have the opportunity to stay with us in the straw. An adventure for young and old! Our farm is located directly on the Wadden Sea World Natural Heritage Site, through which you can walk with Watt'n Piet (Peter) to the island of Baltrum.

Forest Cabin is a cosy eco-cabin for 2 persons, situated at the edge of the forest on our green campsite. The double bed of this eco-cabin is made for you on arrival and towels and kitchen linen are ready for you. Every morning we bring a delicious fresh and extensive breakfast to your door, including fresh bread from the local bakery, organic yoghurt and cheese from the carefarm, various juices and many other good things.
