Cottage holiday rentals in Wadden Sea

We have been there for the third year in a row and feel very comfortable every time. The house is great even with children, it is totally central and you have everything you need. Hans and Lene are great hosts and are always making every effort to ensure that you have a pleasant stay in their home. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great time at the ferry house and enjoyed the stay very much - Heiko and Ina are totally nice and helpful and the place and garden are very nice. Thank you, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Our recent stay was for 4 nights, but we wished we had booked longer. The property was very clean, very modern and had parking that was safe and easy to find. after the long drive the hot tub was hot and lovely to relax in! We loved that the property was accommodating for animals and we immediately felt at home with the very friendly hosts. we would definitely stay again.

We spent a wonderful week at Lasse’s beautiful and serene retreat. The location is breathtaking, nestled in the heart of nature, offering peace and privacy. The house is tastefully decorated, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with every comfort you could need. Every detail has been carefully considered, and we felt at home the moment we arrived. If you’re looking to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place. We would absolutely love to come back.

Our stay with Nanda and Peter was in a nutshell! The polite reception and a short but precise introduction to the property made us feel right at home. The AirBnB offers everything as advertised and it is even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. Communication worked great and we were given tips and recommendations for the area. The combination of a nice and privacy-respecting family next door, the opportunity to interact with the trustworthy animals and the quiet environment make the AirBnB unique. Esther and Marc have been very sweet and caring hosts. We felt right at home and definitely want to come back. The accommodation and the property are lovingly designed and you are right in nature. Esther and Marc gave a lot of good tips for excursions and we enjoyed the time very much. It is worth a huge recommendation.

We stayed here for Christmas and New Year. It is a very cozy cottage. Sparkling clean and equipped with every comfort. Marlies had taken the trouble to decorate the cottage in Christmas atmospheres. There was even a Christmas tree. She also had a delicious Christmas turban at the bakery. We really felt at home. We had some bad luck with the weather but you can walk here with various excursions within walking distance. Maybe not the cheapest place to stay but really worth the money.

Nice cottage in the middle of nature. (woods) House was clean and everything present. Spent a few nice days on the Veluwe, cycled a lot and walked, so had beautiful weather!!! Certainly subject to repetition.

We had a wonderful time staying at Wim and Stephanie's place and felt right from the start. The cozy house is located perfectly to reach some of the most beautiful spots in the Netherlands. It has everything you could wish for while on holiday (actually one of the best equipped kitchens I have ever seen in an airbnb), as well as some very comfy beds. Our dog loved the fenced garden area and the play session with new friends. Thanks for everything!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin in Friesland. Every single detail was thoughtfully designed to make us feel comfortable and at home. The surroundings were stunning , peaceful, quiet, and full of natural beauty. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We truly appreciated the care that went into every aspect of the stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene getaway!

Absolutely a highlight! What a lovely home with lots of privacy, well appointed kitchen with good stuff and lovely beds. Beautiful boat rented and sauna on the water was really great!

so from to East Frisia, our first Airbnb experience was great and exactly what I was looking for had a quiet location, mostly accessible, comfortable beds, great opportunities for families with children and what I particularly noticed is a garden that is not East Frisian perfect so that dogs also had fun. I can only recommend the house the furnishings and the equipment is good.

Caroline and Jan are super friendly hosts! Their amazing rustic accomodation almost makes you feel like you have home back in time. We loved that it was dog friendly too. We visited in April/May and the temperature was perfect but I think it would be quite warm in summer without airco. Saying that - if you are looking for peace and quiet and 10-20 minutes from amazing locations in Friesland; look no further!!! Would recommend!

We had a great time. The location is beautifully located in the woods and you can walk from the estate into the woods with countless hiking trails. The cottage has all the comforts and has a nice bed, nice kitchen and bathroom. You are surrounded by greenery, especially in spring. The host is easily approachable. We'd love to come back here.

Had a very nice stay. Good communication with Richard to enter the cottage (he was still on vacation himself). Very clean cottage with all the comforts. Beautiful large garden with views and lots of tranquility. In the summer it seems wonderful to come back here. A double bed is on the landing and this space cannot be locked. With slightly older children, that is easy to do, but given the bed is on an open staircase, I do not recommend this for very young children. Or you have to sleep under a very sloping wall as parents. Underfloor heating was very pleasant. We had a great time in the area! Thank you Richard!

What a wonderful stay! The cottage is super neat, with all the comforts and is located in a beautiful setting. Everything was taken care of to the last detail and we really enjoyed it here for a month. The host was incredibly friendly and always available with questions. In short: a perfect stay that we look back on with great pleasure!

Great accommodation for relaxing moments facing nature.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 4 with 2 small kids. The cabin has everything we needed as family, most appreciated was that there was so much to keep the kids entertained.

Jolanda’s place is located on the edge of a nature reserve. So long walks along the river are a must with some very unusual birds to be seen and heard. If you have a car, you have easy access to Motorways, you can also hire bikes from Jolanda and quiet rides into the neighbouring towns are within 30 mins. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and the hosts are friendly and were great for suggestions of where to go and what to do. Hope to visit again sometime.

We had a very nice stay at the property and would want to come back anytime. Very quiet and idyllically located. The breakfast is highly recommended.

This is a perfect little annex set in their beautiful garden. Despite not having a freezer, we were able to use their chest freezer in the outbuilding which was super kind and accommodating of them. My 8 year old enjoyed the mezzanine sleeping space above the master bedroom. Being able to use the trampoline in their garden was also wonderful for the children especially after the long drive we’d had. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen despite the lack of dishwasher - a great selection of pots, pans, plates and glasses. TV is not a smart TV but for one night - the children enjoyed the garden!

We stayed during end of the year and had a great time. The place is cozy and even though it was winter time was very warm inside. The sauna was as we expected great and we had a nice relaxing time, so much recommended. There is a bakery, cafe, gas station with small shop, and restaurant all on walking distance. Supermarket was 6-7 minues by car with more shops and snackbar. All in all very nice stay and would really like to revisit.
