The apartment has two rooms , bedroom and common room with kitchenette, shower and hallway. The rooms are centrally heated in the shower with underfloor heating. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, it is located on the ground floor and is one of two residential units. It is centrally located in the center of Remseck district of Aldingen. Bus lines to the residence city of Ludwigsburg or the light rail to Stuttgart can be reached in a few minutes by foot. The apartment does not have a parking space.

In front of the house, there are enough free public parking spaces. The train station has a perfect connection with S-Bahn trains as well as many bus connections in all directions.

In unserer gemütlichen Dachwohnung erwarten wir Dich sehr gern. Wir sind ein sehr weltoffenes Ehepaar und interessiert an allem Neuen. Auch in Englisch können wir gern mit unseren Gästen reden. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, das Zentrum ist ca. 250 m entfernt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Reisen nach Stuttgart, Remstal. In den diesen Pandemiezeiten halten wir uns sehr genau an die geltenden Regeln und Vorschriften. Wir reinigen, waschen und desinfizieren alles nach Vorschrift.

Die 66m²-Wohnung ist freundlich, hell und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet: WLAN, TV-Flachbildschirm, komplett ausgestattete Küche, begehbare Dusche , separates WC. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung sind inklusive. Die Ferienwohnung ist barrierefrei und somit auch für Gäste mit körperlichen Einschränkungen bestens geeignet. Auch für unsere kleinen Gäste gibt es viel Raum zum Spielen und Entdecken.

The apartment is bright and very quiet. Access to the terrace. The apartment is on a hill. Super nice view over the Remstal. Parking is right in front of the house. The apartment is absolutely unsuitable for children under the age of 6. A short walk to the bus stop. The S-Bahn is a 20-minute walk or by bus. Fair/Airport/Cannstatter Wasen/Mercedes Museum easily accessible. Supermarket, bakery, butcher, fast food/restaurant and doctors available.

Stylish cozy accommodation in Poppenweiler. Ludwigsburg can be reached in 15 minutes and Stuttgart in 25 minutes. The apartment has a modern kitchen as well as free fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix for cozy evenings. The comfortable king-size box-spring bed ensures pleasant nights. For an idyllic excursion on foot or by bike, the Zugwiesen or Zipfelbachtal are 10 minutes away.

Welcome to your home during your stay in Stuttgart. The bright apartment is fully equipped and is located in the quiet district of Stuttgart-Weilimdorf. After a 5-minute walk you are at the Landauer Straße train stop. From there it takes about 15 minutes to the main train station. Free street parking is available along the street.

The studio apartment 28 sqm is located in Endersbach which belongs to Weinstadt. It is centrally located near train station in a residiential area. The studio apartment is in the basement with several daylight windows. It has its own entrance and is reachable by some stairs.
