Comfort Plus: bathroom with shower & washing machine, separate toilet, triple glazing and electric shutters for a good night's sleep. Includes free parking right by the house. Ideal for families and nature lovers!

Quietly located, but close to the city. The room has a separate entrance and its own bathroom. A large bed is available for 1 or 2 people. WLAN, radio and satellite TV are available. The bus that takes you into the city in just 5 min walk away. You can be at the heart of Stuttgart in 30 min. If you prefer your peace and quiet: The forest for a walk is right on the doorstep. Since the homeowners' association has stipulated that dogs are not allowed, we can't permit service animals either.

Enjoy the tranquility surrounded by nature. Original farmhouse on the outskirts of a suburb of Gschwend in the Nature Park Swabian Forest.Wonderful forests invite for hiking or cycling. Our magnificent grounds offer plenty of space on the outskirts. Many interesting excursions smaller lakes, swimming pools. In the evening just sit by the fire and enjoy the magnificent starry sky without much residual light. We offer the possibility to rent the party and seminar house barn next door.

Sonnenhaus is in a very good, quiet location of Sindelfingen. Just 400 meters from Sonnenhaus is the very large and famous Breuningerland shopping center! At Breuningerland there is simply everything and everything is the best of the best. Just 100 meters from Sonnenhaus is the forest, where you can walk and run well. Stuttgart city center is only 15 km away. Stuttgart Airport is also only 15 km away. (15 minutes by car) near Sonnenhaus is the thermal spa Böblingen (2.4 km)

A few years ago, our house was converted from a former farmhouse into a vacation home and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Surrounded by meadows and forests, it is located in the middle of the Swabian Alps biosphere area. It is in a unique secluded location and is available for the complete exclusive use of our guests. Children and small dogs are also welcome. Escape everyday life, be in harmony with nature - experience all this and more with us.

Welcome to our charming house located in Fellbach near Stuttgart. Enjoy complete privacy during your stay. You have full access to the whole house and garden, not to the garage or the driveway. The house is walking distance to public transport, the bakery, restaurant, spa facilities and nature. Fellbach is known for its vineyards and scenic beauty. Excellent public transport links make it easy to reach Stuttgart city center in just 15 minutes by train or car.

Our farm is idyllically surrounded by vineyards and fields; nevertheless, you can quickly get to town or a restaurant. 5 minutes away by car is the amusement park Tripsdrill. The apartment includes a bedroom with double bed, a comfortable sofa bed & sleeps 4 people. (+ travel cot if required). There is also an outdoor area with patio, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Bicycles can be parked and charged in the lockable bicycle garage.

The apartment is in the basement and has its own entrance. It can be reached from the garden. The house is located in a quiet settlement. The historic city center is a 20-minute walk. A bus stop is 500 meters away. The local recreation area "Breite Eiche" invites you to take long walks. Shopping facilities are located nearby. The bed is 135 cm wide. We can provide an extra mattress.
