Je kunt gebruik maken van het heerlijke natuurzwembad dat in de zomer en winter beschikbaar is, gelegen in de grote (gedeelde) tuin. De drukte vlakbij en de rust en natuur direct beschikbaar :)

Unser Haus ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem Eifelsteig, rund um den Rursee und im Nationalpark. Vom eigenen Balkon aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die Rur. Vor Ort bei uns müssen Sie ab 01.01.2025 eine Übernachtungsabgabe bar an uns entrichten. Sie besteht aus 5% des Buchungspreises. Dieser Betrag muss von uns 1:1 an die Gemeindes Simmerath weitergegeben werden!

Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to August) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Ancienne grange en pierre entièrement rénovée idéalement située dans un cadre campagnard et calme. Ce logement, unique en son genre, vous impressionnera par ses volumes, son authenticité, sa connexion à la nature, et ses finitions. Les amoureux de balades seront comblés par le Ravel passant juste derrière la maison ainsi que par les nombreuses autres possibilités de randonnées. Les autres se laisseront bercer par les sons de la nature dans cet endroit hors du commun.

Cette villa familiale paisible offre un séjour détente exceptionnel. Il est situé dans un petit village à 15 minutes de Durbuy. 3 chambres sont disponibles ainsi que 2 salles de bain Convient bien aux familles, couples, et groupes d'amis calmes. Piscine fermée pour l'hiver (ouverture début mai) Jacuzzi (chauffé électriquement) disponible. Terrain de tennis privé en « Red Court » rénové en 2022 disponible à 300m de la maison. Buitenverblijf De Wingerd met privé hottub

Dit sinds mei 2022 geheel nieuw buitenverblijf inclusief privé hottub is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor de echte rust en natuurliefhebber, fietser of wandelaar. In april 2023 is dit verblijf nog unieker geworden door de aangelegde natuurtuin. Hier kan men in alle rust genieten van alles wat de natuur te bieden heeft. Voel je vrij om hier een wandeling door heen te maken Centraal gelegen in het heuvelland ten opzichte van Valkenburg, Maastricht, Gulpen en Aken.

The Sweet Shore - Tilff (Liège)

Discover our single-storey house located at the gates of the Ardennes and 15 minutes from Liège. Completely renovated and in a green setting, it will bring you all the necessary comfort for a peaceful stay. The center of Tilff, located 400 meters away, offers shops, cafés and restaurants. Large supermarkets are available nearby. Many woods and paths along the river will also allow you to make beautiful walks or bike rides.

Le Chaumont

Ideal for a return to basics, with all the desired comfort, the Chaumont is a family house of character located in a green setting. The Chaumont is suitable for families with children: games - hut - bike path - wifi. Wide possibilities of excursions: Spa (15 minutes), Haute-fagnes (25 minutes), Liège (40 minutes).
