The luxuriously designed apartment is equipped with a lot of attention to detail and has been rented since January 2020. The apartment is spread over 3 levels. In front of the kitchen is a small breakfast terrace for 2 people. In front of the living room is a sun terrace with a dining table for 4 people.

Our guest apartment, measuring approx. 40 m², is the ideal base camp for mobile people who want to discover Freiburg and the surrounding area. The daylight-flooded basement flat has its own entrance and a small outdoor seating area (for breakfast in the sunshine, for example). The district of Waltershofen is located at the foot of the beautiful Tuniberg & Kaiserstuhl vineyard region. The centre of Freiburg can be reached in about 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by public transport.

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200 m from Lake Dietenbach. All sights are easily accessible by tram. The tram stop is also about 500 m from the property. The tram is a good way to get from the central station to the apartment. It is an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking can be provided by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am available for questions.
