With a little luck you will discover deer, storks or herons on the river bank of the Kinzig or you will hear the cuckoo, the nightingale or our blackbird, which (no joke!) imitates a bicycle bell. In our fire corner you can grill and make a campfire.

East vacation home

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

The apartment has spacious rooms and is located right in Kassel's Documenta hot spot. Downtown, party mile, Documenta and Orangerie are within 6 minutes' walking distance. A train stop, bakery and kiosk are right outside the door, a supermarket: about 8 minutes' walk away. Our apartment is characterized by the special location with a distant view of the Rhön panorama, e.g. Wasserkuppe and Milseburg. The Extratour Ulmenstein and a star park as well as the Basaltsee Ulmenstein are in the immediate vicinity. The baroque city of Fulda is only 20 km away. There you can explore the beautiful cathedral, the great old town and many other beautiful destinations.

Vacation home in the Thuringian Forest

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all the important places. The apartment is located in close proximity to the train station (approx. 7 min.), city center (approx. 10 min.) and university (about 10 min.). Shopping facilities are also nearby (Kaufland, Netto, Lidl, Bäcker and Nahrstedt).

Quiet location in a rural idyll in the Thuringian Basin. The vacation rental is located in a three-family house with a garden. Very good access to Erfurt and towards the Thuringian Forest. During the winter months, the pool is out of order. The use of the pool is your own responsibility.
