Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Our neighborhood is quiet, safe and great for families. For guests wanting nightlife, Adams-Morgan is a 10 min walk away. There's a front porch & garden cafe table. parking,. Wi-Fi, Cable TV, A/C, full kitchen, full bathroom, washer/dryer all avail exclusively for guests.

Newly remodeled house with a beautiful one bedroom apt available for short- or long-term rental below. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The house is in a great neighborhood close to transport (Georgia Metro on red line and buses on 16th street) and trendy restaurants like Mexscalero, Zeke's Coffee, and Timber pizza all within walking distance. Private bath and one off-street parking spot available and on-street parking available. Pets are welcomed.

Washer/dryer. Off street (driveway) parking. No smoking. Convenient location in safe, friendly Arlington. Easy transit options to DC. Walk to several bus stops, 1-2 miles to 3 Metro stops, 10 minute drive to downtown. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate service animals due to household allergies.

100's of 5 star reviews can't be wrong! Always professionally cleaned & sanitized: consists of 2 separate units, main house & apartment below. Main kitchen stocked w/ all cookware & available to use in the apartment. Amazing, quiet neighbors who enjoy greeting our guests. Easy access to anywhere in DC w/ shops and restaurants w/in a short walk. Home secured by Vivint Smart Home & annually inspected by DC. Unfortunately, not a home for the ability impaired w/ many steps to climb between floors.
