Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. The quiet location directly by the forest, between the lakes Heidweiher, Borner See and Hariksee, invites you to numerous hiking tours, cycling tours and activities in the region. The Heidweiher is a natural lake swimming pool with a small beach, gastronomy and beer garden (please note rest days) within walking distance in a few minutes. Freshly renovated 50 sqm attic apartment in well connected Neusser suburb. Highway A57 and A46 are minutes away. S-Bahn direction Düsseldorfer Messe (approx. 50 min), downtown (approx. 20 min) & Airport (around 40 min), Cologne center (about 40 min), as well as a bus towards Düsseldorf Uni, within walking distance. Bus connection right outside the door (direction LukasKH). The whole apartment was renovated in 2023, including new window and bathroom.

Our nice apartment is 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all appliances. Also, a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. Also suitable for business stays with a great WiFi connection.

Excellent connections to Düsseldorf, Neuss, Willich, Mönchengladbach, Krefeld: 3 min to AB A44/A57. Only 12 km to Düsseldorf Airport and Düsseldorf Trade Fair. Bus stop only 200 m away.

The spacious vacation home has its own entrance and is located on the first floor. The house is decorated in a country style and has a beautiful view over our garden and Belgium, across the Meuse. The vacation home is excellent for vacations but also as a stay for business trips.
