It is only 5 km from the A7 and yet "at the end of the world" and offers many excursion destinations in Frau-Holle-Land with its castles and palaces. The beautiful half-timbered towns of Witzenhausen and Hann. Münden are only 10 km away. Likewise, our little ones (and big ones) can expect an enchanting old-fashioned/modern original amusement park.

Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Lovingly & comfortably furnished apartment in a rural location with great transport links to Kassel, Göttingen & Hanover. The A7, A38 and B27 are each only 5 minutes away. Göttingen city center & the train station can be reached in a quarter of an hour. Cyclists get their money's worth on the Leine-Heide cycle path, as it leads right past our front door. We are a seven-member patchwork family with some cattle, live & work on our farm & look forward to seeing you soon!

From here you can take wonderful hikes in fantastic scenery. Whether as a romantic or simply cozy stay as a couple, with friends or with the family, this is the right accommodation on a beautiful farm complex with an idyllic garden.

Beautiful new apartment in the Borken Lake District

The apartment is very quiet and is barrier-free, has bed linens and towels. Pets by arrangement. Just around the corner are Homberg (Efze) with the Hohenburg, the cathedral town of Fritzlar, the Edersee, the Singliser See, the Silbersee and many other beautiful lakes and nature reserves. The A49 and thus also Kassel can be reached quickly (about 20 minutes). We are right on site and are available for more tips and help. We look forward to seeing you!

Lovely apartment in a half-timbered house

A modernised and cosy 75 m² flat in a well-maintained half-timbered house from the 18th century. There is a large, as-good-as-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For a possible 3rd person. The bedroom now has a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), and a travel cot for children can also be set up if required. There is also a terrace with new seating furniture and an awning.

Rural living in the countryside, ideal for active people

Stylish historic half-timbered courtyard, combined with modern interior design and the latest technology. Hiking riders are welcome. The landscape invites you to hike (Kaufunger Forest, Münden Nature Park), cycle, but also to visit Kassel or Göttingen (e.g. World Heritage Site Kassel Bergpark). Both cities can be reached in a 30-minute drive. Bikers are also welcome. There is ample space for horses or motorcycles/bicycles.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.
