Holiday rentals with a home cinema in West Yorkshire

Lovely place, very modern and and clean inside, only thing that lets this down is the parking, however that can’t helped but there should also be a sign to say that space is for air b&b guest.

Highly recommend this rental. Location is great for Leeds, and the beautiful Roundhay Park. Great bus service into Leeds, and a few minutes walk to bus stop, and local amenities. Some nice bars and restaurants nearby. The property was perfect for our needs; kitchen had everything, great shower, very comfy bed. If you want a quiet night in, the home cinema is amazing, with all possible options of Sky, Netflix, Amazon etc, with the large screen and projector easy to operate. Stephen was a great host, and responded to any questions very quickly. Thanks for a great weekend !

Fantastic value for money! The bed and linen were incredibly comfortable, and soaking in the roll top bath after a long hike was a real treat. The price point is a deal for a two bed , and the location is ideal right in the heart of a charming, upmarket village with everything you need just a short stroll away. The Italian restaurant down the road is a must-visit—Da Carlo’s Trattoria always buzzing, and they do great takeaway. The nearby family-run bakery Boston bites also deserves a shout-out for their amazing homemade cakes! The kitchen was really well-equipped, perfect for longer stays, and the welcome box was a thoughtful touch even for a one night stay it’s very kind. While the garden is more of a simple small terrace and a bit worn, it was still ideal for a night with my larger dogs. Thanks so much for having us, we had a lovely stay! Joe's place was a last minute necessity for our family of 3 after an airline cancellation. The instructions given and details were very clear. The location was very easy to be found and once inside we felt at home. The building although not the hosts responsibility was noisy and had litter on the entrance stairs, some of the corridors and the courtyard had food waste. The decor of listing was beautiful in the downstairs are but the bedrooms did not match the luxury in the photos which was a real shame. The amenities that were suggested were not present including shampoo and conditioner and shower gel and the kitchen needed some TLC with regard to cutlery. This is a great space that just needs some attention to detail. Communication was excellent and we hoped for a later check out and we're told to contact the host in the morning for a response which we did but we got no response then and so had to head to the airport to await a 6.30pm flight.

Rooms were a great size and were pristine. Communication with the host was excellent and they helped with everything we needed including early check-in. The location was perfect, lovely place and great for exploring surrounding areas, would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Brylie House! Plenty of space for our family group and close to the shops and castle. We were in town for a wedding and everything was nearby. Skipton is a lovely town and this was a great place to stay.

We enjoyed a girl's weekend in Saddleworth view. Great communication from the host- Naeem was contactable at any time for any questions we had. The house is lovely with beautiful views. The hot tub is an enclosed area which is suitable for any guests looking for privacy. We had a great time and would recommend staying here!
