During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Bäcker, Metzger und Lebensmittler in der Nähe. Bahnhof ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Schliersee in 5 Minuten und Tegernsee 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Skifahrer und Biker ideal. Eigene E-Ladesäule vorhanden. Wir und unsere 2 Katzen wohnen im gleichen Haus im EG und 1. Stock. Gemeinsamer Hauseingang.

My apartment is located in the beautiful Mangfalltal in the heart of Feldkirchen-Westerham (Feldkirchen district). It is the ideal starting point for excursions to Munich and the southern Munich area or as a stopover on the way to the south or north. Westerhamer station (4 min. by car or 20-25 min. on foot) and Aying S-Bahn station (12 min. by car) offer train connections to both Munich and Rosenheim. The IHK Academy Westerham is 5 minutes away by car.

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

Our newly built house on the edge of Weyarn in 2018 offers all the comforts you need to feel good. The rooms are open and flooded with light. The surrounding and fenced garden overlooking the mountains and lush green meadows promises relaxation for the whole family. The furnishings are classically modern. There are several parking spaces on the property. In summer, it is possible to barbecue on the terrace.
