Cozy apartment furnished with a lot of love in an old half-timbered house. Separate entrance, sunny terrace... only the birds "disturb" here. The property is at the end of a dead end road surrounded by forest and meadows. Ideal for hikers and bikers, it starts right outside the door. In the large garden behind the house you can lie in the sun as you please, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (10 for additional costs) or end the day by the campfire!

My place is close to the Bevertalsperre, but still close to the city. In the small rustic but cozy apartment, everyone can feel comfortable. Families get their money's worth, as there is plenty of space outside and plenty of play equipment available. Approximately 15 minutes' walk from the train station and Elberfeld city center is the separately accessible apartment on the top floor of our two-family house, surrounded by gardens and close to the edge of the forest. It has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, DVD player and parking on our property with private charging facility (Wallbox 22 kW) for e-cars.
