Since November 2019, lovingly renovated single house with 80m² living space invites families to relax, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living-dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda as well as a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

The 60 sqm studio is built as a "house in the house" on the upper floor of our barn. The apartment includes a loggia with wide panoramic windows, through which you can admire the sunsets over the horse paddock. The room is designed as an apartment for 2-6 people and studio for other purposes. With oak parquet, clay walls, a sleeping platform and a fully equipped kitchen, it is lovingly and modernly furnished. The bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor with separate access.

Schwerin villa with garden

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

During your stay with us, you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious caravan with a terrace and garden area. It is also equipped for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought, 1 hectare. Old village inn on Lake Dümmer

The apartment is centrally located in the middle of the village. It has a separate entrance and two parking spaces. The apartment is 100 square meters and has a spacious kitchen-living room on the first floor, which also has a fireplace. The bathroom, which is also on the first floor, has a shower and bathtub. For children there is a playpen, potty and toilet seat, highchair. On the upper floor, which can be reached by a wooden staircase, are the bedrooms.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Relax with the whole family or in a group of friends at this peaceful place. Located in the middle of our 2ha natural garden with fruit trees and bushes. The apartment is 80 square meters, has two enclosed bedrooms, a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen-living room with dining area, as well as bathroom and toilet. From the living room, you have direct access to the south garden and your own small wooden terrace.

Farm-Chalet Renzow Apartment Park

In dem kleinen Dorf Renzow, nördlich der A24 Ausfahrt Wittenburg und südlich der A20, 15 km westlich von Schwerin, in der Nähe des Biosphärenreservates Schaalsee und des Dümmersee haben wir auf unserem Hofgelände eine weiteres Wohnung den Farm Chalets hinzugefügt. Die Farm Chalets liegen in einer wunderschönen Hof und Parkanlage in der Mitte des Dorfes aber dennoch sehr ruhig und im Grünen.
