A wonderful apartment! Furnished and decorated to a very high standard with beautiful artworks and well designed spaces. High ceilings, wooden floor, quirky furniture and lighting. Secluded, quiet and peaceful. The outside terrace is lovely and quiet. Highly recommend staying here. This is our second visit, last time we stayed in the equally beautiful apartment downstairs.

My stay here was excellent, I have no complaints and in fact only positive things to say. Luc and his wife were great hosts and the place was very cozy.

Unfortunately, we (two adults, two children) were only passing through Liège for one night. But the apartment is really great! Decorated with beautiful style and yet modern. The location is also good: on foot you are right in the city center and at the restaurants, the car can be parked in the modern parking garage "Parking Carré - Jonfosse" just 200 m away at a moderate price. So we highly recommend the place!

Top amenities, very modern, super host, perfect location with walking distance to Rheydt Hbf, many shopping opportunities, as it is close to the center (HIT, Edeka and DM even just around the corner!) as well as parking and bus stop right at your doorstep. Highly recommended in every way!!!

We had wonderful days in Sebastiaan's house. The house is spacious for 6 people with different places to sit , a cozy well-equipped dining kitchen, good double beds and a beautifully located garden, where it is good to stay. Sippenaken is an excellent starting point for excursions and bike rides in the region and from the cottage you will be on a beautiful hiking trail through the Geuldal in no time. For us an ideal base during this AGR weekend🚴🚴

Was great and all was good

This is a great house, with a beautiful view and wonderful rooms & terraces. Every detail is present in the kitchen, and we really enjoyed all the amenities in the house: the fireplace, the sauna, the bath, the hammock, the bbq, the family games. It is definitely a place to relax in total peace and serenity. We found it hard to say goodbye!

Sylvia is very friendly, she told me that you can visit not far from the house, the house is very clean and tidy

What a beautiful place. The house is located between the hills and forests, there are a lot of beautiful hiking trails to discover. Despite the tranquility, there is a lot to see and do in the area. The house looks even better in person! The sauna and jacuzzi are a nice extra. There were also a lot of stuff and even toys for children. The kitchen is extensively furnished, there is a nice coffee maker with fresh coffee beans and even a milk frother. It is very cozy due to the wood and the seating area is also nice. We were 5 adults and the sofa was a bit tight before that. Good to know is that you get 2 towels, also for a week stay, and there is no washing machine. So it is useful to take some extra with you. We did miss some storage space for our stuff and clothes, there was only 1 bedroom with a wardrobe (chest of drawers) so then you live more out of your suitcase. All in all, a very nice place where we would love to come back.

I highly recommend it. Great amenities and comfortable beds including pillow selection. Very nice hosts, there was even a delicious espresso before departure! Just book and experience it for yourself. :)

We had a very nice stay at this place in Hallschlag ☺️ Check in worked smoothly and the house was very clean. The house is in a very quiet environment and you can take nice walks and hikes from there. We will be happy to come back :)

We liked the stay very much. The home has all the comforts and in reality it looks even better than in the photos. The view over the Ruhr, the village of Einruhr and the surrounding hills are magnificent. We got extra towels and used the sandwiches service every morning. The sauna is wonderful. In short, it's a fantastic house!

We stayed in Achim's apartment for a long weekend. We felt very comfortable, the apartment has a lot of charm and has all the things that we needed. The contact with Achim was simple and very nice. Also highly recommended with a dog, we will be happy to come back!

Sebastian's place is very warm and decorated with taste. We immediately felt comfortable! When we arrived, we had a very nice attention from him as well as a beautiful sunset in the evening. The flat is same as the picture. The bed is comfortable. Britta is very nice. She sent us the Easter Greeting. My daughter felt so happy.
