We had a wonderful stay at Cecile's, and wish we could stay longer. the surroundings are beautiful, gorgeous garden on the river. Our dogs loved it too! Very well equipped and Cecile was very helpful. We hope to come back!

Excellent stay, the house is lovely and cozy. We enjoyed the beautiful setting with the lake as well as the Chablis area. We were very well received by our hosts, and communication was easy. Special mention to the smoked trout from the lake too! Thanks again!

Great stay, very nice villa. There were 6 of us and a baby. Everyone had their privacy. Rare to have nice dishes and everything you need for the kitchen. The outside is beautiful, however given the temperatures, we were not able to enjoy it. Stephanie helped us organize our weekend through her recommendations, information (visits, caterer etc...). This stay delighted my whole family and allowed us to keep a very good memory for one of my children's birthday. Thanks again

We had a great time in this haven of peace. The place is cozy and cocooning, and we were lucky enough to enjoy splendid weather, spending a lot of time in the garden around the barbecue. The house also offers very nice rooms, more spacious than I imagined. Special mention to bedding, incredibly comfortable! We were two couples with babies, and it was great because everyone had their own space on both sides in the sleeping area. In addition, the house has many amenities like a high chair, a crib, a changing space, baby dishes, as well as books, games... I highly recommend! Cheers!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hélène and Marc-Antoine's place. The accommodation is very nice, spacious, well arranged and very well decorated. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The small adjoining garden is cute, everything is done to feel good. Our kids loved enjoying the vast park. Hélène and Marc-Antoine gave us lots of tips on sightseeing and walking routes. We had a wonderful family weekend at Fouzia's Everything was perfect: the house is very clean, very well decorated, arranged and well-equipped and the hot tub as well as the pool really made a difference. Kids loved the outdoor games. We were really able to fully enjoy our stay with peace of mind. Thank you again for this welcome and responsiveness during our exchanges, we'll be happy to come back!

A rustic and bucolic setting, ideally located in the middle of the green zone, offering all the comforts necessary to accommodate a large group of adults or a family gathering. Countryside walks as far as the eye can see. Only a 12-minute drive from the charming river town of Sens, with all its amenities and historic buildings. This charming private setting has both a small and a large garden perfect thanks to its jacuzzi, barbecue(s) and children's games (swings etc.). No matter what your group is set up, this place is at its best! For toddlers, spiral stairs to consider.
