Great place as described. Private parking. Kitchen converts with in addition to small touches in the fridge for breakfast. But especially the kindness of the host and his really friendly ,quick and warm communication.

Rosa and Vitto was amazing from checking in to checking out. The place was beautiful inside and out. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay felt right at home. Rosa was very helpful on booking a lot of things for us as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Tulum.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

The house was beautiful and the service from Marilyn our concierge was wonderful. She responded to our texts in 1-2 minutes! She was there to collect us at the airport, and she arranged our entire vacation. She was wonderful. I didn’t realize we needed to take a boat to San Pedro. It was a 2 minute ride with Senal our captain, and 2 round trips were included daily at no charge. Senal was great! He was on site every morning cleaning the pool, and he was there to ferry us back and forth whenever we requested. Our dryer blew a belt while we were there and Senal had it fixed by the next day. He took our wet laundry to another home and put it in the dryer for us…amazing! We had several meals prepared at our villa which we arranged thru Cellina which were great. The restaurant, Coconuts, is on site and we had several wonderful meals there. Our meals were prepared and served by August and another lady, and they were so friendly, and the food and service were top notch!I highly recommend !

El faro is a good place to stay. Easy to get to downtown. The flat was comfortable, well equipped.

Luz and Dale are exceptional hosts. Friendly, communicative, and very helpful to make you feel welcome and enjoy your time in San Pedro. The unit is private, safe, and walkable to many restaurants and stores.

This place was absolutely perfect for us. It met all of our wants and needs The communication was great. The place overall was very nice and clean It came with a really nice breakfast which was unexpected as most Airbnb do not offer that. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again

Very friendly host and nice family that made us feel at home. Appartment was very clean,spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had a car so the location was perfect for us because we wanted to be in a cozy neighborhood away from the cruise ship traffic. Would stay again without hesitation.

Greatest host ever! This was our second time staying at this Airbnb. Phenomenal communication, extremely helpful, and Karla went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This is our favorite Airbnb on the island.

Excellent host, clear communication, the apartment is located in an excellent area and in a quiet and beautiful apartment complex with 24/7 security. Easy access to restaurants located in the plaza outlet. There is also an Oxxo and a pharmacy nearby. Overall it was a good experience staying in this apartment. Home away from home! Our stay was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway. Its walkable to all, like restaurants and especially the beach. The host response to all questions and very friendly.

Amazing location. Right between the beach and avenida 5. A wagon full of toys to take to the beach. You can sit on the balcony and watch the Playa scene go by.

Stayed here for a few nights with our family and the location was amazing. Collette’s place is nice and clean. We loved that it had extra towels for our family. We relaxed on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee. The kids had a great time snorkeling and really enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend Collette’s place!

We had a wonderful time at Eva’s place. Great location- far enough from Hidalgo so that it wasn’t noisy. Clean, well stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, etc. It was just steps away from restaurants, shopping and the beach. No need for a golf cart and easily walkable from ferry. Eva was very responsive to any request! We will be back!

Perfect location in Playacar. It’s easy to walk to town but yet a gated and quiet place at night! Loved the stay and would return or maybe even buy a place here. It’s the best of all worlds and a great complex.

À beautiful condo, felt like home. Had a hot water situation but it got fixed right away. Would love to stay here again, and will definitely recommend. Great location, beautiful place :) thanks again for everything

marian's apartment is excellent. Very well located, steps from Coco Bongo and the 5th. On the way around you have a full OXXO. The Dpto has a lot of elements that will make your stay very comfortable, as if you were at home. The full suuuuper kitchen. the washer and dryer were of great help. It has handbags for the supermarket and other thermal for going to the beach. Eloiza was very responsive and instantly responded to our inquiries. I highly recommend this apartment. It was definitely an excellent choice

Great location, close to main stores, shops, restaurants. Beach right beyond the pool. woody’s place had a cooler, beach chairs, fold chairs, bags for shopping, body boards, we did not need to buy anything but ice and snacks which is just outside the guard entrance. They also have a restaurant with great food that will deliver to the room or the pool in about 30 minutes from placing the order. Great view of the bay and beach. Definitely plan to stay again. Patricio took great care of us, we made him pretty busy and we are grateful.

We stayed at Michael’s place for 5 nights. It was a very nice, quiet, clean condo. Views from the veranda were beautiful! Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and anything you might like to explore. Christina was very helpful with all of our questions and responded quickly to them all! Would definitely come back and stay here again next time we visit.
