Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Unser neu renoviertes Apartment besteht aus vier wunderschönen, geräumigen Zimmern, die jeweils über ein eigenes Badezimmer verfügen. Alle Zimmer führen auf den Balkon, von dem sich ein beeindruckender Ausblick genießen lässt. Ebenso befindet sich ein rustikales und modernes Wohnzimmer mit einer neuen Küche in der Unterkunft. Zwei große Tische und zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten sorgen für ausreichend Platz zum Verweilen und Entspannen. Vor dem Haus stehen genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

The holiday apartment "Unterlehenhof" is located in Zell am Ziller, inside an old traditional mountain farm that has direct access to the ski slopes. This 135 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi as well as satellite TV. A baby cot is also available.
