Our modern lodge is located as a self-contained apartment over 2 floors with balcony + loggia directly on the outskirts. 1.5 bedrooms, kitchen-living room with sofa bed, shower room, spacious balcony and covered terrace. Enjoy a breathtaking Alpine panorama. Our surroundings are known for countless swimming lakes and an untouched high moor nature with forests. Plus thermal baths, sports and more. Vacation home on the Isar

Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isar location. The city center is 5 minutes walking distance via the Isar promenade. Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

The 40 sqm apartment +10 sqm balcony is located in a residential complex about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The surroundings are perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, cycling. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. Outside there is a barbecue area, tennis court and mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to Closed for maintenance from approx. 5.11. The small sauna (up to 4 people) will remain open.
