Take your time for yourself and your family will make your vacation at the most beautiful time of the year. We are not connected to a large ski resort. There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

Welcome to our charming apartment which feels like home. You will have your own 55qm apartment with a spacious bathroom, cosy living room with fully equipped kitchen and a wooden balcony. Lovely condominium in a prime location

This apartment is located in Zirl in a very quiet yet central location and is therefore perfect for families & couples who like to go hiking or skiing or even for sightseeing. We also 🐾 ❤️welcome pets. Innsbruck, Seefeld and Oberperfuss can be reached in only 15 minutes, Kühtai and the Axamer Lizum in half an hour. Zirl has an excellent bus connection to Innsbruck - the bus stop is about 100m from the property.
