Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenster und grosszügiger Terrasse/Balkon (20m²) mit Sicht auf den See.

We offer you the entire cottage privately for you. There are no other guests in the house! Lucerne can be reached in 15 minutes. 20 minutes to the Pilatus cable car and 45 minutes to the Titlis cable car. Interlaken (87 km) is a day trip. Thanks to lake views of Lake Sempach and a spectacular mountain panorama, you will have a particularly pleasant stay with us. Village shops, medical center and ATMs can be reached in 100 meters. It's a 3-minute walk to the Eich Bad.

Enjoy nature, your own cottage and the playground with the whole family. No through traffic. In addition to the detached holiday home, it has a small organic suisse yard next door . The playground with trampoline, sandbox and tractor for climbing is right next to it for shared use. In this 200 year old stocky they can arrive, and find peace. The cottage exudes coziness and warmth. The cottage is attached to an old former farmhouse but is completely autonomous and has a separate entrance incl. Infrastructure. The schoolhouse incl. Playground is easily accessible. In the former farmhouse lives a family of 4 with 4 cats. If they need something we are happy to be there for them, but the location is designed so that they are undisturbed

At home in Seetal/Lake Valley - in this quiet, stylish abode. The "Villa Nonna", as we like to call the house, means a lot to our family. My grandparents built the house in 1967, my mother Denise and aunt Jacqueline grew up in it and we children spent some of our happiest childhood moments in this house. At home in the picturesque Seetal/Lake Valley. A Stream runs right by the property while you relax and enjoy.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
