Our holiday home has a living area of 70 square metres. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. There are commercial businesses in the neighbourhood, but they cause little noise. The house is completely fenced off to a height of 150 cm. Hiking trails lead directly from the property, and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also groomed. Altbauwohnung mit Charme Fußläufig zur Landesgartenschau 2026 Gemütlich neu sanierte Altbauwohnung im 1. Obergeschoss unseres Hauses im Ortsteil Schrezheim mit Stellplatz direkt am Haus. Zum Zentrum nach Ellwangen sind es ca. 2,5 Kilometer, fußläufig in etwa 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt mit Bäckerei sind ca. 1200 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt. Die Landesgartenschau 2026 ist zu Fuß in ca. 800 Metern zu erreichen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Premium Boxspringbett mit 180x200cm.

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

A separate apartment about 100 m² with eight sleeping options in two bedrooms (from 4 guests) and two sleeping options on a sofa in the anteroom and one sleeping option on the couch in the living room in a new semi-detached house. Two shower options (without bathtub), two toilets (for 4 + guests). 148 cm flat-screen TV. If necessary, air conditioning in the living room for an extra charge of €10 per day. Billiards €3 per hour. Sauna (enter at your own risk) costs €12 per hour.

The separate bathroom with toilet is equipped with a bathtub. The house is in a small village surrounded by a lot of nature. Various hiking and cycling trails start here.

The property is located on the first floor of a 4-party house in a very quiet location in Abtsgmünd. The apartment has separate, direct access. On 120 square meters of living space and a large, Mediterranean-style garden with meadow, stream, fireplace, hot tub and large terrace, you can relax with your whole family. Pets are welcome. All shopping facilities can be found within a radius of about 800 m. In about 500 m you will reach the Laubach reservoir.
