We renovated and designed this place respecting the traditional ways to build at the time, with limestone and wooden beams, while offering all the amenities of a modern apartment and a little bit of luxury. Stylish high ceiling flat with two balconies and fantastic beach view. Recently redecorated to high standard. Only 100 meters as the seagull flies away from beach or a 5 minute walk. Situated opposite a park in a quiet location, the flat is only a few minutes stroll from buzzing old town, restaurants, bars & nightlife. The flat is family friendly. Baby cots, high chairs, basic push prams etc provided on request. Air conditioning in most rooms as Alicante's summer can get unbearably hot & humid.
