Room no. 5, 22 sqm, 2 flights of stairs (no elevator) with two single beds 80x190 cm that can either be placed as a double bed or each separately, Attic room with private bathroom and AC, the bedroom is 13 sqm and bathroom and hall 9 sqm. The door to the room is the old original door that we have kept but inside the ceiling height is very generous. The house is centrally located in Cocentaina near Palacio Comtal and the large square, Plaza Vener Escuder with Mercat Municipal. There is also the local market every Thursday.

The accommodation, shared in the common areas with me, has such a special energy that as soon as you enter you will feel that peace and joy. You will enjoy a private room and bathroom. The terrace, living room, and kitchen are shared with me and eventually with a daughter or friend who comes to visit. Its location and views are a real privilege. You can walk all over downtown Alicante and enjoy its magnificent offerings. We also have bus and tram stops within a 5-minute walk.

Staying here is a great way to enjoy the countryside of Alicante No disturbing noises, just the sounds of nature. Los Establos is situated on 25 car minutes from the main rood, and realy off the beaten trackm. Close to the Coast but nicely remote and away from the masses.

Located on the first floor, this room is ideal for couples. The double doors open out onto the balcony and views of the street. The room features a large wardrobe, bedside tables hand-made from the farm's almond trees, and in the bathroom the washbasin surface is made from a Cypress wood blown down during storm Gloria in 2018. This room is wheelchair accesible and is equipped with wide doors and floor-level shower, there is a lift to access the first floor.

We have four rooms for rent, always including breakfast. 4 km away is the lively village of Pinoso where you will find many bars and restaurants (including Michelin star) and sports center music and art theater, shops and supermarkets. A little further south, you can enjoy a walk on Mont del Coto on top of a breathtaking view. Furthermore, there are several Bodegas.
