Guests planning to drive are advised not to book, as there are no free parking spaces nearby!!!And the house is located in the ancient city conservation area, vehicles are prohibited from entering!!!Our house is located on one of the most picturesque old streets in the heart of Alicante, a must-visit Instagram spot. It stands halfway up the hill of Santa Barbara Castle, overlooking the sea, where the spring blossoms.The property has two rooms without a separate window facing the outside, but this does not affect ventilation. Guests with specific requirements regarding windows should not choose this property!!!The house has a living room with a transparent glass door, so you can see the sea from the living room!One kitchen and one bathroom with a shower.The property is a self-contained ground-floor dwelling that has been renovated.We guarantee that every time it will be carefully cleaned and washed bed linen changed.The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and other basic kitchen utensils.Four large towels and two small towels are provided in the bathroom.The house is located on a higher hill below the castle, and the view is stunning, but it may not be suitable for elderly or frail guests, or for guests with young children, as there are over a dozen steps.From the stairs of the street, you can reach the highest part of the majestic Santa Barbara Castle, overlooking the whole city, ten minutes down is the charming beach, the cathedral, the city hall........It is strongly recommended that guests take a taxi directly to the street entrance of the property, which is less than 100 metres from the property in a straight line!If you walk there, the navigation might be a bit unclear!!!
