Heated pool, with separate terrace, private use only guest and owner, preferent for the guest. The owners live in the upper floor, with other terraces.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

We rent the upstair apartment of this wonderful Villa in front of the Mediterranean sea. The house is located at the beachfront at the beautiful beach "la Fustera", with private access to it and stunning sea views. It has a beautiful terrace to enjoy the views, private pool and private parking. The downstairs apartment is ocasionally used by members of our family with whom you would only share the parking lot, the access to the beach and ocasionally the swimming pool.

On a 1,500 m2 plot of Chalet Roquetes on the edge of the beach and the sea, an apartment with a terrace and direct access to the beach and the sea, quiet, relaxing, watching the sunrise every day in front of the apartment and from the double bed, an exclusive place to enjoy. For 2 adults, no children, no pets, only 2 adults. We have private parking inside the plot, for vehicles less than 4 meters long, with prior reservation, the rate is 12 euros per day.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This studio is located in the campo of Calpe, a 10-minute drive from the city center and beach. The studio has its own entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, BBQ, outdoor dining area, TV and double bed. The studio is also equipped with A/C and WIFI. Inside it is not possible to cook, outside is not possible. The swimming pool may be used, it is not private! Our dog is outside during the day.
