Sunny villa with private saltwater pool and a large garden (200 m2) with fruit trees, eco-friendly with solar panels, sea views, just 5 minutes from the beach. 100 m2 terrace with pergola to spend time outdoors and enjoy the fantastic weather. The house itself has 130 m2 with 2 storeys. Recently refurbished. Plenty of space for sunbathing, playing and relax in a Mediterranean environment. The house faces south, perfect orientation. Near the town center of Santa Pola.

Beautiful villa located in the Altea Pot, 5 minutes by car from the heart of the village and 8 minutes walking from the beach. It is a very quiet mountain area with luxurious views of the sea. Pool is private just for guests. The villa is outfitted with bedding and towels and towels. In the outdoor area it consists of two spacious terraces with spectacular views. One of them is very spacious with a swimming pool and equipped with hammocks, porch and ironing area.
