Free parking is available in the street. The U1 Trabrennbahn is within 500m walking distance and takes you to the city of Hamburg in 20 – 30 minutes. Allotment areas and a small lake nearby invite you to walk. At the train station: Edeka, kiosk, cleaning, pharmacy, flower shop and an Asia snack.

The apartment is located in a modern annex of 65 m², is completely barrier-free and has its own entrance. The bright and spacious living room with dining area is complemented by an open, fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a bed of 1.8/2.0 m and plenty of closet space. The location in the green and quiet Alstertal with hiking trails and canoe rental invites you to relax. It is a 10-minute walk to the S-Bahn and bus station. From there, the city can be reached in 30 minutes.
