From here you can explore Hamburg on foot, the public transport is also all directly accessible. Large couch, cozy bed, 48" TV, great kitchen, it's all there for you. Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

The bedroom faces the rear courtyard and is quietly located. It has a comfortable 2 m x 1.60 m bed with two blankets + pillows. Bed linen and towels are included.

Die Maisonette Wohnung befindet sich im 1. + 2. OG eines Reihenhauses. Sie besticht mit dem großen, offenen Wohnzimmer mit Küche und anliegender Dachterrasse. Im 1. OG Stockwerk befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Duschbad. Das große Schlafzimmer hat zwei Kingsize Betten (1,80x2 m). Im kleinen Schafzimmer ist ein Queensize Bett (1,40x2 m). Check-in flexibel (nach Absprache) Wir haben die Wohnung im November 2025 renoviert.

Mitten in der Stadt im begehrten Szeneviertel Sternschanze - St. Pauli und doch sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse, mit eigenem Garten lässt es sich bei mir so richtig schön entspannen :) Fussläufig zur Messe und zum Partyviertel, zu vielen leckeren Restaurants und guten Bar's, diversen Theatern und Musical's bis hin zu schönen Parks die zu einem Spaziergang einladen, hat man alles vor der Haustür was das Herz begehrt.

Kostenfreies Parken ist direkt vor der Tür möglich, ebenso befindet sich ein Miles-Carsharing-Angebot in unmittelbarer Nähe.
