Monthly Rentals in Amelia Island

Peter was great, very friendly, left you alone but answered questions when you had them. The only item that I think they can improve on is the patio. It is a nice private area that could be made into an even better spot to enjoy. The other issue is not with Peter or the property, but the train that goes by in the morning. I'm an early riser so it did not bother me, but you may hear it from time to time if you like to sleep in. Overall for my needs the spot was excellent, great wifi connection and speed, nice work space, comfortable bed, full kitchen to cook all your meals if you want, washer and dryer in unit, and walking distance to coffee shops, ice cream, sports bars, restaurants, and more...

Catherine's place was amazing, with a great view and just minutes from the beach. she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and responded to all our inquiries in mere minutes. I would definitely recommend this place and the host!

We loved this Airbnb! Ocean views from every window and the patio allowed us to watch the sun rise every morning. Ground floor level, proximity to beach access & pool was convenient. Only good things to say about this little place.
