There are two full bathrooms, a living room, and a workout room downstairs. We are 2.5 miles from the Dimond Shopping Center, 6.4 miles from Downtown, 4.9 miles from Hilltop Ski Hill, and and 38.8 miles from Alyeska Ski Resort. There are multiple activities and restaurants within 2 miles of the house.

The living room features a gas fireplace framed by a white mantel and complemented by decorative items. Seating includes two leather armchairs and a plush sofa, arranged around a coffee table. A patterned area rug adds warmth, while artwork and shelves provide visual interest.
