Angevin house in the center of Angers, 10 minutes walk from the historic heart- very quiet area. Two gardens, two atmospheres to enjoy the Angevin sweetness. At the appointment: a double living room, an open dining room on an equipped kitchen. WC Upstairs: a master suite with shower room, a large bedroom with a double bed; two other bedrooms, one with a boat bed and the other with a sofa bed. Bathroom and toilet. Note: our cat Raoule lives on site.

This single-story accommodation, for 4 people, 1 min walk from the "Bascule" tram stop is very bright and independent. You will be quiet in a cul-de-sac, with your own private entrance and free parking. Located in the city center, 5 min walk to local shops (bakery, supermarket, etc.) and 50 m from a greenway for your walks. Immediate access to the tram will allow you to make your trips, without taking your car. Close to the Nantes-Paris road axis.
