The apartment is accessed from the ground floor of the main entrance of the building (which has also another entrance from the garage area 2 floors below) and the windows are on the first and second floor. It is also possible to rent the main apartment without the studio as visible from my profile on my other page of the Plus listing. Just renovated, it accomodates both old and new, like Rome itself. The main apartment has a spacious entrance, a sunny elegant sitting room, rare to find, with beautiful original marble floors and a splendid Murano chandelier, a pretty terrace, where smoking is allowed, where to relax and 4 beautiful double bedrooms with Queen size beds. The connecting studio can be prepared with twin beds or a double. It has it's independent entrance and a well equipped kitchen corner with fridge, electric kettle, toaster ecc and a lovely modern stone bathroom with wide shower and Led illumination. All bedrooms have their ensuite bathrooms, flat screen TV and hot and cold airconditioning and locks on the doors. They are all in different styles and colors, with high quality mattresses and linens, duvets in winter months, wide windows and spacious wardrobes. 2 bathrooms have jetted tubs and cromo lights. Tubs are divided from the bedrooms by a glass panel and are conveniently positioned so that you can even watch TV while relaxing in your bath! The other 3 bathrooms have showers. You will find hairdryers in all the bedrooms and an iron with ironing board. The dining area has plenty of sitting place and a french window onto a charming terrace shaded and secluded by trees. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with french window onto a balcony where you'll find the washing/dryer machine and outside sink. Born as a family home it has a characteristic unique blend of new and old. Memories of it's past in the antique books, records and paintings together with modern comforts and art. It conserves original precious marble floorings and some antique pieces like the magnificent original Venini Murano chandelier and the antique sofa in the sitting room close to modern design. Our guests can relax and rest in the lovely spacious sitting room, maybe after a warm bath in the jetted tubs and enjoy cooking if they wish in the new modern fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, 5 burner cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge and freezer. There are also an electric Espresso/cappuccino machine, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, plenty of crockery and all cooking utensils. Favoloso appartamento situato al primo piano (= diciassette gradini e ascensore che vi porteranno a fianco della porta d'ingresso della casa) in un palazzo del 1600-1700. Questo appartamento è stato completamente restaurato nel 2014, conservando gli affreschi originali del 1600-1700 che sono in tutte le pareti interne Il suo bellissimo balcone e le sue finestre si affacciano sulla Famosa Loggia del Porcellino. Arredato con cura e con eleganti mobili di alta gamma lo rende veramente un gioiello. L'appartamento è stato completamente e finito di restaurarto ( escluso gli affreschi) a GIUGNO 2014 con primissime qualita nei materiali a e con tutti confort che occorrono e arredato con gusto . L'edificio è del 1200 ed all'interno di tutto l'appartamento, le pareti interne hanno affreschi originali e no restaurati, dell'anno 700. Ideale per chi vuole vivere la Storia di Firenze. Si trova in una posizione fantastica e soprattutto nel mezzo dell' area pedonale. Per chi ama visitare i monumenti ed i musei più importanti della città, si possono raggiungere brevemente a piedi senza nessun bisogno di qualunque servizio pubblico essendo l'appartamento nel cuore del centro storico. Gli ospiti avranno a completa disposizione , tutto l'appartamento e tutti i confort di cui ne fanno parte. La cucina è predisposta per tutti i tipi di colazione ( Bollitore per the, Tostapane, Macchina per il caffè alla americana, Moka per caffè alla italiana,Vari tipi di Tè , ecc....) per cucinare è fornito di tutto il necessario ( Pentole, Posate, Bicchieri, Piatti, Frigorifero, Microonde, ecc...) In qualunque momento del giorno sono a loro completa disposizione pronto a consigliarli , aiutarli o a raggiungerli , qualora avessero bisogno o urgenze o lo desiderassero. L'appartamento è meraviglioso e situato nel quartiere più importante del centro storico.Esso ha il balcone più grande di tutta la Piazza. Consiglio vivamente la cucina toscana, cui ne sarei onorato a consigliarvi alcuni ristorantini tipici Fiorentini. Accanto all'appartamento, si trovano i negozi con i migliori marchi di moda del mondo. Essendo in una aerea esclusivamente pedonale , per muoversi con mezzi motorizzati , è possibile chiamare un Taxi , oppure spostarsi con gli autobus. Per chi arriva in macchina , è obbligatorio prenotare il posto auto al Garage di nostra fiducia. Basta informare me , ed io provvederò a fare ciò ed ad informarvi dell'indirizzo, costi e come fare ad raggiungerlo. Dallo appartamento , il Garage , dista a metri 150. Chiedete pure. Se si vuole fare una vacanza che rimanga nel cuore e nei ricordi per tutta la vita, decisamente questo appartamento potrà contribuire molto nel fare sì che succeda per come è l' alloggio e per dove è situato. L'appartamento è nel quartiere più importante del centro storico. Esso ha il balcone più grande di tutta la Piazza. Situato a pochi minuti a piedi dai musei, monumenti ed i più importanti Un esempio = Quando si lascia la porta dell'edificio: - sulla sinistra dopo 30 metri vi troverete in Piazza Signoria con il Museo degli Uffizi e Palazzo Vecchio, se proseguite per 70 metri vi troverete ad attraversare Ponte Vecchio. - sulla destra vi troverete a 3 minuti dalla Cattedrale del Duomo.

It can accommodate up to three guests plus younger children. We’ve taken a lot of care to try and make sure your stay is as comfy and hassle-free as possible. There are various possible sleeping combinations so please ask if you need a particular arrangement. A child’s cot is available on request. Dogs are welcome and we can provide a dog’s bed. There’s wi-fi and air-conditioning in every room. Appliances include TV-DVD combo, dishwasher, washing machine and almost everything else you might need. The furniture is brand new except when it’s rather old. You can borrow from our collection of guidebooks, cookbooks, novels and DVDs during your stay. The flat overlooks the Aurelian Walls with 'Parco delle Mura Aureliane' in one direction and 'Parco degli Scipioni' in the other, both less than 2 minutes’ walk away. Just across the road is the covered market of Piazza Epiro, great for typical fresh local produce. Many major attractions are nearby: the Basilica of San Giovani in Laterano, the Baths of Caracalla, Circus Maximus and the Colosseum, the Museum of the Walls, the Catacombs, and the beautiful Basilica of St. Stephen in the Round. BUSES 360 to Termini Central Station 628 to Town Centre 218, 360 and 665 to San Giovanni Metro METRO San Giovanni and Piazza Re di Roma are both 10 minutes away on foot. And 218, 360 and 665 buses run from San Giovanni to Piazza Epiro. ON FOOT You can reach a lot of attractions on foot. For example, the Colosseum is about 20 minutes' pleasant walk away. Villa Gina, Stylish Stay with Sea View and Hot tub

Step outside for sun-soaked alfresco breakfasts at this peaceful pad with classic parquet floors and a cool, neutral color palette. Head out for a day at one of the nearby beaches, then relax tired muscles in the hot tub overlooking the sea beyond. The space is very big and comfortable with three sleeping rooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen and living area or connected in one big space so I'm sure cooking would be fun. But I'm sure the most time that you are not on the beach you will be spending on the big terrace that is really amazing.. with sun loungers and hot tub with a fantastic sea view. The guest have the whole apartment for themselves to enjoy.. While you flip stakes (or better fish?) on garden barbeque, kids can play in the garden. The apartment is tucked away on a quiet street a few minutes' drive from the old town. Head to the nearby beaches, while away evenings at local eateries, and take laid-back sunset strolls. Within a few hundred meters you can find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, gas station, local bus station. Or even better you can leave your car on shaded parking places and just walk down to the beach. The apartment is fully equipped (inc. AC, premium HiFi, hot tub, washing machine, hair dryer, iron etc..) Towels and linen are provided. The price on airbnb is final, there are no additional taxes. There is no deposit.. In other words you have everything You may need to carefree enjoy your holidays.
