A charming Tuscan retreat

Villa Pianelli is a traditional farmhouse dating from the 1500's and consists of 2 structures. The main house where I live, always available to ensure your stay runs smoothly and the Garden apartment. Both are completely independant with separate entrances. The Garden apartment is composed of 5 rooms on ground level, the interiors have retained the Tuscan characteristics with brick ceilings and chestnut beams and terracotta floors. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 lounge with a wood burning stove and open plan kitchen - dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge,oven and ceramic hob. From the lounge you access the spa room with sauna and from there onto a terraced garden complete with b.b.q. The swimming pool is 8mx16m and is open May through September, furnished with sun loungers,a b.b.q area and a large covered pergola with dining tables and chairs. Villa Pianelli is secluded in a quiet corner of the Tuscan countryside, nestled in the hills of Arezzo, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oak forests.We can offer our guests a dimension of peace and quiet whilst ensuring various possibilities of entertainment in wineries, restaurants,shopping etc just a few kilometres away in Arezzo. Please note that the house has two bedrooms but if the booking is for two people only one bedroom will be provided.If required there is an additional cost of 50 euro per night for the second bedroom.

Studio Sampiero – Porto Vecchio

The studio is located in PORTO VECCHIO, Southern Corsica, a place called Trinité de Porto Vecchio Quiet and secured by a portal, the subdivision is fully fenced, 10 minutes from the city center and 10 minutes from the beaches of St Cyprien and Cala Rossa by car. On the garden floor of the villa, it is located on a plot of 1000 m² of wooded land but also with granite rocks Access is independent of that of the villa. Private to the apartment with parking in front of the ground floor of the villa.

The large and bright room with a private entrance is in the heart of the historic center of Perugia. I renovated it with care and refinement in 2018, to best accommodate those visiting the city. It includes a living area with a comfortable sofa for relaxation, and a nice table around which to enjoy our breakfasts, or maybe a plate of pasta: the retractable mini-kitchen is at your disposal. Up to 4 beds (with sofa bed), independent heating and air conditioning, large shower.

Let yourself be embraced, in the heart of Pisa, a stone's throw from the historic leaning tower, by a warm and welcoming accommodation that has all the characteristics and appearance of your home. Staying here is like being in your own home. In the renovation of the house whose construction dates back to the 1800s, I used the entire top floor to create three independent flats. Each flat has a private bathroom and kitchenette, so as to guarantee absolute privacy.

There are 2 restaurants on the beach (300 m) and a pizzeria 50 m away. Independent maisonette at the back of our 17 m2 house + kitchen and two private terraces with deckchairs and table. The room offers a pleasant view of the garden. Linens are included. Possibility of picking you up at the airport.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
