Nicola, the owner, was immediately very helpful and responsive in providing useful information. The accommodation is unique, offers plenty of space (both indoor and outdoor), spacious rooms and each equipped with a bathroom. Presence of goodies such as barbecue, billiards, foosball and beer pinter! Highly recommended!!!

Had an amazing experience. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is also ideal, close to key attractions, making it easy to explore while enjoying a calm atmosphere. The host was responsive and made sure everything was perfect. Our stay at Seven Rooms Vatican 2 was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Vatican and well-connected to public transport. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome and would definitely stay here again!

GUS is a very nice apartment hotel. Great suites, comfortable beds, excellent service and communication. It would have been nice with a better entertainment offer (e.g. a wider selection of channels, Netflix, pay-per-view) since the suite had a big screen TV and a smaller TV in the bedroom. The only "negative" is the location (if you want to be in the historical center, that is) but that's reflected in the price. On the other hand, the location makes it super easy to head to the beach (as the trains for Lido di Ostia is just a short walk from the apartment hotel).

Good location super close to Vatican City and a short walk to main attractions in the city center. Small grocery store nearby and plenty of restaurants. Clean and spacious apartment, and good air conditioning! Loredana was kind and quick to answer our questions. We had an overall wonderful stay🙂
