Villa holiday rentals in Apennine Mountains

Small set of mini villas not overlooked with direct access 5 steps from the secure pool. Clean and functional accommodation, we had a lovely stay. Thanks to Alexandre for his hospitality and investment.

Gorgeous accommodation in an amazing location. The closeness to Lucca, Pisa etc… makes everything so easy to reach, absolutely convenient. The house is huge with extremely comfortable beds and unique furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and tastefully equipped. It’s hard to spend any time in the house though as the garden is simply divine, it’s a gorgeous, park-like garden with thousands of flowers, so peaceful. Our children spent many hours in the gigantic pool, perfect in the hot summer :-). The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable and we loved cuddles from the beautiful Hugo X. Thank you again and highly recommend this beautiful home away from home.

The villa perfectly matches the description and our expectations, peaceful corner, well-equipped, dining area in the shade, heated pool... impeccable, enough to run beautiful hours to sunbathe! Location close to beautiful beaches (by car anyway) However, be careful with vehicles that are too low, the path is rugged. You can stay there with your eyes closed! We were even able to enjoy the villa from our arrival at noon, Marie was very accommodating above all!

Stay in a perfect accommodation in every way: location (10 minutes walk to the beaches), cleanliness, comfortable bedding, amenities, nice decor, plus a terrace with swimming pool with magnificent sea views as soon as you wake up! Pascal was very welcoming and we thank him for that. We'll be happy to go back!

We loved this Tuscan paradise! Perfect location to get to Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, etc very easily (within 30 mins). A beautiful private and quiet retreat in the heart of southern Tuscany. The villa itself is stunning with a true antique and lived-in feel. The grounds were gorgeous and provided a new spot for us to enjoy our morning tea and coffee each day. The pool is only cleaned once in two weeks, but luckily the maintenance crew were scheduled for the 2nd day of our arrival. Walking around the olive groves and hillside were a treat! A deeper cleaning of the house and cobwebs would be appreciated, but it is a large country villa and we know that can be hard. Important thing to note, there are two ACs, one in the master bedroom and one in the bedroom with two single beds. We were there in September and the weather was extremely pleasant so we did not need more than this.

A warm and complete welcome. Corentin was very responsive with any needs or questions. All to make community life easier: spacious house, two bathrooms, two toilets, separate living space from the sleeping area, lockbox...The services advertised correspond to reality. Discretion of our guests living on the ground floor, ensuring any unforeseen circumstances or maintenance . In our case: gas bottle, pool maintenance and resolution of a cumulus , which were carried out without us realizing it. Congrats! Quiet and pleasant house in the middle of the scrubland, with views of the mountains, very well equipped, while being close to Santa Giulia, Palombaggia, shops... A pleasure to have air conditioning throughout the bedrooms, the week of our stay was particularly hot, up to 44 degrees of the day. Without hesitation. Have a great stay.

This place was incredible. We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was great. Our 3 year old loved it and was great that it was under cover. Taxis / Ubers were reasonable into Fazana and Pula and we hired a car for further trips and you could walk to the local beach in about 15 mins. We loved the space and location. Restaurant across the road is definitely worth a visit!

This was a lovely home. We weren't able to use the pool because of the time of year. The entire property was walled in with a functional walking and vehicle gate that lock. the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully functioning and stocked with everything we needed, the kids love the game table, everything was very clean, and the sauna was spectacular. Our host was very responsive and gave us great locations for dinner, groceries, and things to do. The house feels bigger than it looks because of the high ceilings and the balconies have nice views of the surrounding land. There is a house going up on the balcony side, but even with the construction, the views are still great. Highly recommend staying at this location.

Accommodation at Rabio's place matched our imagination according to the photo, the place was very quiet, the shop was within a short drive, and the place is in a strategically located place and accessible to various beaches. Next, I would appreciate the communication and helpfulness of Rabio. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea and the villa itself is surrounded by beautiful local flora, especially oleanders. We most appreciate the outdoor pool on the premises of the villa, where you will be given complete privacy with grown oleanders. Thank you to host Rabia. We had a very nice visit here! The house is well set-up for families, the kids loved the heated pool, and the beach is within easy walking distance. There are a couple of nice restaurants nearby and a bakery. Definitely a good value for the price.

Great place for a large group. Luca communicated quickly with us and helped us with anything we needed. Check-in/out was very easy. The view is great - you can see the Faraglioni from the house. Just note that it's about a 10 minute walk uphill to the city center - for the most part we were able to just call a taxi if we needed.

House & host were absolutely perfect! The house exceeded our expectations. Marc replied very quick in case of any questions. Nothing to complain! Thank you for the wonderful time & space.

We spent two wonderful vacation weeks at this "mini villa". Everything was as described and as shown on the pictures. We felt right at home. Everything worked out great. Check-in and check-out very straightforward. Car recommended to explore the wonderful beaches. We would book again!

Wow. Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. From booking to checkout everything was smooth and easy. The property was amazing , grounds were amazing, house was absolutely stunning. The communication from the team was perfect. We hired a sommelier for a night through the Airbnb and it was the best experience. You really need a car or hire a driver through the Airbnb. Lucce and Pisa are close. We loved montecarlo(nearby village) with all the various great vineyards. All in all a great experience. Hopefully will be back soon. Thank you to a great team.

The villa was wonderful, a perfect place to base yourself to explore the Amalfi region but also a fantastic little Italian town to explore in its own right with lots of restaurants, bars and lovely things to see within walking distance. Mario was incredibly helpful, personally making sure we got checked in OK and helping us out with various bits during our holiday. If you're looking for somewhere both to relax, but also as a great place for exploring in the evening and trips further afield it's a great place to be.

We really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings as well as the quiet environment the place offers. Lots of nice beaches around and access to the mountains pretty easy. Enjoy local food and restaurants. Ask the Canarelli’s for anything they will get you all the informations you need to go around.

A beautiful place with breathtaking views on the one hand to the sea and to the mountains on the other. The house offers everything you need, is very large and stylishly furnished. Kakie was always committed to our well-being, responding quickly to our messages. I would always recommend it.

We stayed at the house with 4 adults and 2 little children and had a wonderful time. The highlight for us was the garden and the pool. The garden is spacious and there is so much to explore for the kids while the adults can enjoy a drink at the pool - just perfect 👍🏼 location is great if you have a car and want to explore different locations (beaches, mountains, etc.) especially on the east side of the island. The hosts were super helpful. I would definitely recommend the house!

Elodie’s home is spacious and comfortable. It was a great place to stay, especially for the pool! Fairly quiet surroundings and a short walk to the grocery store.

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

We had a dream stay in Eric's beautiful house which , by the way, is a very friendly host. The house is superb with quality furniture, very very well equipped and above all very functional with its 5 bedrooms and each its bathroom , thus allowing total independence and privacy; finally ,it is ideally located for visiting the south of Corsica. Everything was perfect and we will come back with our eyes closed to Eric's if he wants to be kind enough to welcome us again... Christophe

Villa Dabo is a beautiful villa with a perfect outdoor area. The pool and grill area as well as the garden are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends and family. The villa is very private and only 10 minutes from Novalja town and 15 minutes from Zrcé beach.
