Clean lines, crisp white walls, and sleek wood and metal finishing create an airy, up-to-date feel. The flat has an open-plan kitchen-living space, two bedrooms and one bathroom. It can accommodate up to three guests plus younger children. We’ve taken a lot of care to try and make sure your stay is as comfy and hassle-free as possible. There are various possible sleeping combinations so please ask if you need a particular arrangement. A child’s cot is available on request. Dogs are welcome and we can provide a dog’s bed. There’s wi-fi and air-conditioning in every room. Appliances include TV-DVD combo, dishwasher, washing machine and almost everything else you might need. The furniture is brand new except when it’s rather old. You can borrow from our collection of guidebooks, cookbooks, novels and DVDs during your stay. Just across the road is the covered market of Piazza Epiro, great for typical fresh local produce. Many major attractions are nearby: the Basilica of San Giovani in Laterano, the Baths of Caracalla, Circus Maximus and the Colosseum, the Museum of the Walls, the Catacombs, and the beautiful Basilica of St. Stephen in the Round. BUSES 360 to Termini Central Station 628 to Town Centre 218, 360 and 665 to San Giovanni Metro METRO San Giovanni and Piazza Re di Roma are both 10 minutes away on foot. And 218, 360 and 665 buses run from San Giovanni to Piazza Epiro. ON FOOT You can reach a lot of attractions on foot. For example, the Colosseum is about 20 minutes' pleasant walk away. TAXIS The nearest taxi rank is at Piazza Tuscolo a few minutes' walk away. CYCLE You can hire bicycles locally from Info Point Appia Antica, Via Appia Antica, 58. This is a great way to visit the Appia Antica Park. SCOOTER HIRE Hiring a scooter is a great way to get around Rome. There are a couple of places in the centre that specialise in renting to tourists, e.g. BICI & BACI, Via del Viminale, 5. TOURIST TAX INCLUDED EXTRA BEDS We can host a maximum of 3 people over 12 years of age (municipal rules) but extra children are allowed. You can request: - an extra bed for a child under 12 years old (€15/night extra). The flat is in a 17th C palazzo on the 2nd floor. Has been recently refurbished to a very high standard keeping the old charm with modern touches. It has an airy feel, having day light on both sides. All windows are double glazed, blocking the noice. The master and 3rd bedroom overlook an internal courtyard, typical of the palazzo’s of its time. The second bedroom over looks a narrow Florentine road. From the sitting room, you can look out onto Piazza della Passera. A quaint small square, that has many restaurants including Quattro Leoni, a bar with great capuccino’s, and one of the best Gelatteria’s in town to cool down after a long day! Your main bridge would be famous Ponte Vecchio, from which you can access, the museums, The cathedral and all major attractions the city has to offer. The apartment is located a few steps away from Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens. The location is unbeatable! 15 minutes walk from the main train station and 200 meters to one of many underground parkings. Guests are have the whole use of the flat. It's equipped with thick glass to isolate the noise. Earplugs can be provided in the rare cases when is requested by our guests.

In the heart of the city, a few steps from monuments and shopping streets, and equipped with all comforts, can accommodate up to six people. There are two comfortable double rooms and one single room (connected to a double room) and one sofa'-bad, two bathrooms with shower, one of which is private to a room. Tv and airco in the rooms and in the living area.

There's two parking spaces, one outside and one in the garage. Parking space is marked and it's closed for others. Also to note - our household is fully vaccinated.

Reservations for 7 days have parking paid for by the owner in the 2 zone (the place is not specified, but the entire zone 2 will be paid for, so find it wherever you want.

The apartment is at the second floor WITHOUT lift (35 stairs). It is at 200 m of Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, at 100 m from the Uffizi Gallery....
