Our stay in Rome was incredible!! Lucrezia is an amazing host, and she made us feel right at home. If we needed anything, she was so fast to respond! If you’re looking for tours, she provides great skip-the-line tour options. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and private-yet we were right in the heart of Rome. Would highly recommend!!

Great stay, everything is perfect! Convenient location at Tiburtina station and therefore to all modes of transportation. Very quiet accommodation for the busy area. Recommended.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Alberto’s private BnB and adjacent apartment. Both were clean and decorated lovely with all the amenities. He and his beautiful mother, Maria, hosted a delicious and filling breakfast for us on the patio overlooking the mountains. Truly spectacular! Alberto was also very helpful with restaurants, market, bus info and times. We were sad to leave, but we will be back because Pacentro is truly magical! Thank you again, Alberto!

Property located in the heart of Trevignano Romano in a quiet and peaceful area. Delightful welcome from Mrs. Maria Luisa. The room is spacious with a minibar with fresh drinks and a coffee machine, the possibility of a hydromassage with chromotherapy is very appreciated and a beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the lake where you can have an aperitif at sunset. Recommended for a few days away from the city.

We stayed a couple of nights, bed and pillows were very comfortable. In the bathroom we found everything you need. The room is nice and well furnished. The space is more than enough for two people. Chiara and Michele were super responsive in responding to us. The area is a five-minute drive from the walls. The highway exit is very convenient

Had a great stay thanks to Raffaele’s wonderful place and customer service. Definitely recommend and would look to re-visit. The pool is amazingly clean and the salt water was very pleasant in the summer weather. Raffaele’s agriturismo is perfect for a Tuscan country side stay. Thank you Raffaele.

A Memorable Stay ! I had the pleasure of spending a few days at this beautiful hotel. The location is stunning, offering breathtaking views. Whether you’re enjoying the view from the Pool, the room, or the garden, the scenery is simply spectacular. A highlight was the guided tour of the property, which gave us a deeper appreciation for its history. You can feel the passion and care that have gone into maintaining this place. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay – absolutely delicious, with many homemade items that made it extra special. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations, offering so much more than meets the eye. It’s the perfect place to relax, and take in the beauty of the surroundings. I can highly recommend it!

AIR CONDITIONED!! If you don’t know, Rome in July is HOT. The air conditioning paid for itself with this one. Other than that, it’s centrally located, beautifully decorated and Marco and Cristina were very accommodating and kind. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Our room had a private balcony for two and we got to drink wine and nibble on snacks and watch the people come and go in the narrow alleyway below…what a quintessential Italian experience! We were in the heart of the old part of Monterosso, so there is a lot of activity, especially midday. Although the terrace upstairs is wonderful (we sat up there after it rained) we opted to hike on the early side instead of having breakfast on the terrace. One of the recommendation of the host - getting on the coastal trail by 8 am is well worth it. Also, the small restaurant right next door, was great seafood at a reasonable cost - ask the hosts for details. Finally, we were able to leave our bags while out hiking and they were completely flexible on the pickup. The only drawback I can think of is that there are a total of 6 rooms so occasionally we heard a neighbor’s shower or the bump of a door shutting. The doors to the balcony are super insulated, so alley noise isn’t an issue.

We absolutely loved staying at Roberto’s place. He made us feel at home right away. Chatting with him felt like talking to an old friend. The decor of the common space area as well as the room is great and very unique, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the doggy too :) I’m sure we’ll stay there again in the future.

As a guest, you can immediately tell that Andrea has high-end hotel experience! He went out of his way to help me. His staff were lovely. The room has such a beautiful view of this lovely town. The beaches are a fifteen minute drive. Walkable to grocery store, bank, post office. I’m definitely returning here next year!
