Beachfront holiday rentals in Apennine Mountains

Gordana's place is lovely, the garden is absolutely beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed the bathroom, which is spacious and modern. We had a lovely stay, the only concern we had was that the beach was not clean at all which was disappointing as the water was very clear. We would have liked to stay more in the nearby area to swim. It could be that it was early season and the beach hadn't been cleaned yet. Nothing was wrong with the actual apartment, I can recommend it if you come with a car so you can get around to eplore other beaches.

Very nice ,clean accommodation in the quiet place Betina, everything worked well from the landlord, wishes were done immediately. Of course, there are not so many offers of restaurants, etc., but there are also very good restaurants in Murter at this time, and they can be reached in a few minutes. Anyway, great! Gerhard

Really lovely place with the most beautiful view. Clear water in the bay and lovely pool. A huge balcony with sun chairs and lounge. Private garage and small lovely plateau by the water. Within walking distance to boat rentals, restaurants, ice cream kiosk and small grocery store. Definitely worth a return visit.

We (couple with dog) spent beautiful 10 days in Ana and Ivan's bungalow G4 from the end of May to the beginning of June. The entire accommodation was very clean. The fact that the hair dryer, clothes rack, Nespresso coffee maker, etc. were also very convenient. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher, large fridge (with freezer compartment), stovetop and everything you need to cook (plates, cooking pots, pans, cheese grater, bottle opener, strainer, etc.). Basic foods such as sugar, vinegar, oil, spices are to be brought with you. But it's no problem - there are some supermarkets nearby. At night we slept with the window tilted and could listen to the sea. The terrace with a direct view of the sea was a dream! Ana and Ivan are very attentive and friendly hosts. They were always very responsive to messages and inquired several times if everything was right or if we needed anything. They gave us tips on excursions, restaurants, ... Conclusion: It couldn't get any better! :-

The apartment was very nice with an indescribably beautiful view of the sea from the balcony and even from the bed. The house has a direct entrance to the walk by the sea and has some restaurants and shopping nearby. The beautiful Paclenica National Park is just a few minutes away. The apartment was very well equipped and the hosts very friendly and helpful! We would come back.

We had a great stay at Sara’s apartment. Her dad gave us a warm welcome even though we arrived very late. The private spot at the ocean was especially beautiful. We really enjoyed having breakfast and spending our time there and had a swim in the ocean every day. Lou, the housekeepers dog, was very friendly, tried to „save“ us from falling into the ocean and occasionally joined us if we still managed to jump in. Overall we had a great stay, would come back any time and can definitely recommend the place.

We were enchanted by Dunja’s home on the waterfront. It was private, peaceful, surrounded by greenery and close to our daily outings. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Loved the terraces and shore front seating areas. The water was lovely on sunny days. Dunja was there to greet us, show us around, provide advice on places to see, restaurants and history of the area. She is attentive, helpful, accessible and very well informed. We highly recommend her home and hope to visit again.

I can recommand Dragans place, as he is a great host, the place with pool is really nice and there is so much do do and explore in this area! I will come again!

Everything was perfect, only the services and restaurants in Jadrija are not open in September.

Top Location and top host

We enjoyed staying with Valerie very much. We liked the location very much, the underlying street could be heard, but that was never loud or problematic. We were always able to reach out to Valerie with questions and problems! Otherwise, all pictures and information corresponded to the great description!

We had a wonderful stay with our two kids. Elisa was a super host, very kind and always helpful!

I highly recommend staying here. The home is well-equipped, and Sanja is a great host, very communicative, quick to respond to messages, willing to help when the problem arises.

We were received very kindly by the hosts. We were shown the beautiful villa that exactly matched the pictures. You had a beautiful view of the sea. The pool was perfect for cooling off during the day and in the jacuzzi you could end the day relaxed. These have also been checked regularly. We actually have nothing negative to say about the property or the hosts. You could always ask or let us know about any concerns and got a friendly response quickly. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great time at Vanessa's place. The proximity to the sea is just perfect to enjoy peacefully! We loved it! We'll be happy to go back!!

Beautifully located cottage, as a semi-detached house. Right on the beach, accessible by road. Very nice modern furnishings. Comfy beds. Everything being very clean. Kitchen very well equipped. Beautiful bathrooms, one on each floor. Washing machine available. Igor as a host very friendly and reliable. All in all highly recommended.

We stayed at Luka's place for the second time and have found our personal little paradise here. If you love peace and seclusion, this is the place to be, otherwise we have already written everything in our first review. Only negative were the green locusts on the terrace as well as the many cobwebs on the way to the accommodation, it is pure nature:)

Great little stop on our journey around Sardinia. My wife and I both loved the very tasteful decor and the facilities available were high quality and easy to use. Probably the most comfortable bed we slept in - and that's up against 5-star hotels! Arbatax has a lot to offer too with boat tours and plenty of other activities to do and some great restaurants for the foodies out there. I loved the little bay next to the gate with the lighthouse on the hill. Beautiful! Also like others say, it's a good place to be if you're a cat lover. They're everywhere! I think they should change the name of the town to ArbaCATS! If I had any small suggestions for additions, I think one would be to have some blackout curtains, and another would be to have a towel rack in the bathroom. We had a fantastic stay, and want to say a big thank you to the host for their flexibility and warm welcome.

If you want a total change of scenery, in a fully renovated fishing house, at the bottom of a small cove, Romano's house is for you. We spent the 3rd week of October there with great pleasure. If most restaurants are actually closed, and the days stop around 6:30 p.m., the absence of tourists, the good weather and a water temperature around 20•C will have been decisive assets.
