Lovely bright and clean room in centre of La Spezia. Very close to train station and local amenities. Would recommend and would stay again.

Veronica et Claudio ont été très sympathique. Ils nous ont donné de nombreuses informations pratiques et suggestions à proximité. La chambre est confortable, d’une belle taille et très propre avec des petits plus très apprécié (café, thé, …). Une bonne adresse qui plus est à deux minutes de la gare

Das Haus und die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist gemütlich und sauber, stilvoll, wir fühlten uns extrem wohl. Der Garten, in dem bei schönem Wetter gefrühstückt werden kann, ist wunderschön! Das Frühstück ist fein. Die Menschen, die da arbeiten sind wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und warmherzig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Buena ubicación. Sitio bonito y tranquilo. La habitación estaba muy limpia, tal y como en las fotos. Fabio respondió a todas nuestras cuestiones de forma rápida y fue amable en todo momento. Recomendable.

Our stay in Rome was incredible!! Lucrezia is an amazing host, and she made us feel right at home. If we needed anything, she was so fast to respond! If you’re looking for tours, she provides great skip-the-line tour options. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and private-yet we were right in the heart of Rome. Would highly recommend!!

Bellissimo alloggio con una vista fantastica L'appartamento era pulito, ben attrezzato e in una posizione molto tranquilla. Ci è piaciuta particolarmente la vista. I padroni di casa sono stati cordiali, facili da contattare e hanno reso il soggiorno semplice. Un piccolo suggerimento per migliorare la struttura sarebbe quello di fornire prodotti per la doccia come shampoo e bagnoschiuma: sarebbe molto pratico per gli ospiti che non li hanno con sé. Nel complesso, una sistemazione piacevole che saremmo felici di raccomandare.

Un petit problème de clés à l'arrivée qui s'est vite résolu grâce à la réactivité de Flavio qui est très attentif et serviable. Bonne literie et endroit bien placé.

Alloggio situato nel cuore di Trevignano Romano in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Accoglienza deliziosa da parte della signora Maria Luisa. La camera è spaziosa con all'interno frigobar con bibite fresche e macchina per il caffè, molto apprezzata la possibilità di effettuare l'idromassaggio con cromoterapia e una splendida terrazza esterna con vista lago dove poter fare aperitivo al tramonto. Consigliato per una fuga di qualche giorno dalla città.

Alloggio molto carino e pulito. Comodo da raggiungere.

A Memorable Stay ! I had the pleasure of spending a few days at this beautiful hotel. The location is stunning, offering breathtaking views. Whether you’re enjoying the view from the Pool, the room, or the garden, the scenery is simply spectacular. A highlight was the guided tour of the property, which gave us a deeper appreciation for its history. You can feel the passion and care that have gone into maintaining this place. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay – absolutely delicious, with many homemade items that made it extra special. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations, offering so much more than meets the eye. It’s the perfect place to relax, and take in the beauty of the surroundings. I can highly recommend it!

AIR CONDITIONED!! If you don’t know, Rome in July is HOT. The air conditioning paid for itself with this one. Other than that, it’s centrally located, beautifully decorated and Marco and Cristina were very accommodating and kind. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Fantastic stay. The location is perfect, right in the centre. It was lovely to watch the hustle and bustle on the streets below. We found the doors were really soundproof so we weren't really bothered by street noise at night. The room was compact and well equipped. Raffaella was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Would recommend.

Place was excellent and just as advertised. AC was super powerful. Location is superb. Host was very helpful and communicative. Access was simple, but you need a cell with data to access the property. My only thing to note for those reading this before booking. It is in a no traffic zone (we didn't know these existed before going to Rome...thats on us) and we had a hire car as we drove around Italy - so we had to drive to a garage 10 mins away and then taxi to and from the property with our bags. We knew it did not have parking and that was fine. This is nothing against the property, just good for awareness for this location and most of Rome.
