The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

Nérac: accommodation close to the historic center

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. Solar panels supply the barn with electricity, an opportunity to change your habits. The barn is heated only by a wood-burning stove. A Nordic bath will allow you to relax and enjoy the nature around you.

The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
