La Vilaine is less than 700 m away (hiking/kayaking), the sea (Billiers) is 10 minutes away and Pénestin is 15 minutes away. The cottage has two bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom and a large living area (fully equipped kitchen & living room) on the ground floor. Outside, small green space, courtyard with picnic table, lounge, darts, barbecue and ping pong table! Looking forward to hosting you ;)
