Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

In the lively neighborhood there are many cafes, restaurants, special shops and a wide range of culture. A 140 cm wide bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room are available. Our new studio is located on the ground floor of a former mountain farm, nestled between Heuberg and Kranzhorn in a secluded location, at almost 800 meters. A separate entrance leads to the combined living/sleeping area. Despite the exposed location, you can reach the highway and Brannenburg with many shopping opportunities in 15 minutes. Lake Chiemsee is 25 km away, while Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck can be reached within an hour. Even day trips to South Tyrol are no problem.

Our Apartment is on the south side with a view on the mountain "Kampenwand", is on the second floor and has a big balcony, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Bavarian alpine upland. The apartment itself is very cosy and well equipped.
