In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. Studio apartment

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Vacation home in Prien

The one-room apartment "In Prien" is located in Prien and has everything you need for a comfortable stay with a view of the Alps. The 36 m² accommodation consists of a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed for a child up to 12 years, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 2 (+ 1 child) people. Amenities include high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls), a dishwasher, a fully automatic coffee machine and a TV. A baby crib is also available if needed.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. We are a non-smoking house, the smoking ban also applies to the balcony and property.
